- Bookings are essential
- Cancellation and Late policy apply to bookings made with a gift certificate - 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel appointments, less than 24 hours notice may incur 50% fee, missed/forgotten appointments will void the voucher
- No refunds, no cash value
- Gift certificate must be brought to the appointment to redeem it, lost gift certificates will not be replaced
- If the recipient books a session of lower value than the gift certificate, they will have the remaining value as credit towards their next treatment
- If the recipient books a session of higher value than the gift certificate, they will pay the difference
