We understand people who live with chronic pain
Treating persistent pain rarely comes down to finding just one muscle that needs fixing.
It's about discovering what helps your body.
Understanding the things that trigger your symptoms.
Learning how your nervous system finds its way back to feeling safe.
Building practical strategies you can rely on when life inevitably becomes heavier again.

Many of the people we care for live with conditions such as:
• Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder
• Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)
• POTS and other forms of dysautonomia
• TMJ and jaw pain
• Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions
• Fibromyalgia
• Chronic Fatigue
• Persistent headaches and migraines
• Autoimmune conditions
• Sleep disruption and non-restful sleep
• Persistent pain following injuries or surgeries
• Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD)
• Burn out from medical gaslighting and years of self advocacy
If your body has always felt more complicated than everyone else's, you're not alone.

Our job is to help you understand what's happening, reduce the burden on your body, and help you build a plan that feels achievable. We know that flare ups happen and that you'll have days that are better or worse than others, and we're here to help you work out what reliably helps you feel as good as possible.
You don't have to figure it all out on your own anymore.

We know that living with pain is exhausting.
Not just because things hurt.
Because you've had to become an expert in managing appointments.
Remembering medications.
Explaining your story again and again.
Avoiding flare-ups, wondering whether today's a good day or a bad day.
All while you're trying to keep doing the things that matter to you.
We understand. We help people through this cycle every day.
Many of our patients have lived with pain for years before they walk through our doors. They often arrive carrying a complicated history, multiple diagnoses, conflicting advice, and the quiet worry that they're "too difficult" to help.
You're not.
