Mel Simon
Hi! I'm Mel, I'm the CEO and Senior Clinical Myotherapist. Welcome to my clinic!

I love to help people with chronic pain and heightened pain sensitivity, including conditions like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, TMJ and jaw pain, and Multiple Sclerosis. I've spent years developing a gentle myofascial approach that works well for sensitive nervous systems and long term pain conditions.
I love to study and research so that I can be your translator for all things pain related - I love finding easy ways to explain what you're experiencing in non-medical words, without making you feel worried or freaked out! I am flat out against the "No Pain, No Gain" mentality, and my patients find huge shifts in pain and symptoms through a gentle approach that works with the body and nervous system, not against it.

I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I am currently accepting a limited number of new patients.


​I have an exceptional team of therapists who work collaboratively with me. My wonderful practitioners bring a variety of techniques and experience.

Dr Sarah Varmalis (Starting in November 2024!!)

Dr Sarah is an experienced Senior Osteopath. She works with multiple body systems, not just the musculoskeletal system. Her clinical techniques include addressing concerns with the vascular system, nervous system, and organ systems.

Dr Sarah will be available Monday to Friday once she begins with us in November.

Rachael Bird

Rachael is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist.
She studied both her Myotherapy and Remedial Massage qualifications with Australian College of Fitness and Bodywork.
She is a friendly and caring therapist who loves to help people recover from pain and injuries.
She is a versatile therapist who can provide deep tissue massage with an excellent firm pressure, as well as providing a gentler experience for more sensitive bodies.

Rachael is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Megan Cornish
​
Megan is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist.
She's interested in pregnancy care and womens health related pain, including musculoskeletal pain from Endometriosis and PCOS. Megan has had her own personal health journey with womens health issues, and has a deep passion for helping women navigate the physical pain that is often overlooked in these conditions.
She also has a long history of being a dancer herself, and understands the demands of dance, and sport in general.
She first entered the world of physical health as a Personal Trainer, which lead her down the path of studying manual therapies.

Megan is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Duke Autret

​Duke is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist with a keen love of movement as medicine. He has a great deep tissue massage treatment style that gets all the sore spots or "knots". He'll also teach you excellent ways to stretch those sore muscles at home so you get back to your peak performance quicker.
He's currently studying Clinical Pilates, and is amazing with creating personalised stretching and exercise programs.

Ethan Farr

Ethan is a Sports Myotherapist and Exercise Scientist.
Ethan has an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy as well as a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science, a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is an experienced Personal Trainer who specialises in injury rehab.
Through his own personal experience of injury recovery, Ethan became interested in helping others. Originally he wanted to become a Physiotherapist, but disheartened by the lack of manual therapies offered in the Physio degree he chose the path of Myotherapy to integrate techniques that he knows from experience work well to help people recover from pain.

Ethan is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Peter Pascalis

Peter is a Clinical Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist.
He studied his Bachelor degree in Myotherapy at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
Peter has been a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2010, and worked with local footy clubs alongside clinical practice. He has a holistic and thorough approach that considers your whole body, as well as your daily activities. He is skilled in hands on manual therapies, as well as cupping, dry needling, and helpful corrective exercise prescription.

Peter is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Kel Levi

​Kel is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist with an extensive background in health, fitness and rehabilitation.
She is working in elite level sports as a myotherapist for the 2021 AFL Premiers, Melbourne Football Club. Between traveling with the team for interstate games and treating them locally here in Melbourne, Kel is here helping you at our humble Rowville clinic.
Sports massage is her passion, but don't be put off if you don't feel sporty - she is here to help with all kinds of pain or injuries and to help you feel better, quicker!

Kel is available during school hours on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the occasional additional day depending on Melbourne Football Clubs game schedule.
