Myotherapy for Womens Health Conditions
Myotherapy can help with the muscular pain and imbalances that often form as secondary health issues in women with Endometriosis, Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Adenomyosis, and heavy or painful periods.
We can also safely support you through all stages of pregnancy. Our Womens Health Myotherapist, Megan, can provide effective pain relief treatment no matter which trimester of pregnancy you're in, as well as post natal care in the weeks and months following your babies arrival. |
Meet Megan Cornish, our Womens Health Myotherapist
Megan is a friendly and enthusiastic Myotherapist whose passion is to help women who struggle with pain relating to uterine, ovarian or hormonal conditions.
Megan is a brilliant Womens Health Myotherapist, advocate and ally, who also has lived experience with her own health journey and battling against the health system to be heard and taken seriously.
As part of her Bachelor degree, Megan is researching pregnancy safe rehab and exercise planning. We have also sent her on an advanced Endometriosis care professional development course where she has learned additional assessment and treatment skills to help specifically with Endometriosis cases.
Megan has a network of other local healthcare practitioners, including a Nutritionist and a Pelvic Floor Physio, who she can refer to, in addition to working alongside our own Senior Osteo, Dr Sarah Varmalis.
