
Jacqui has a Diploma in Remedial Massage and has been practicing for over 18 years.
She is a qualified Meditation Teacher, Coach and teacher trainer with Australian Center for Meditation and Mindfulness. She has experience teaching Yin Yoga & Qi Gong and believes in a holistic "mind body and spirit" approach to health and wellbeing.
Her interests are in the treatment and management of chronic pain conditions such as:
- Headaches and migraines
- Fibromyalgia
- Chronic Fatigue
- Osteoarthritis
She also loves assisting patients who suffer from mental illness, stress, depression, anxiety, burn out, as well as body image issues, fitness, & women's health.
Using a range of remedial massage techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release and muscle energy technique. Jacqui is also trained in manual lymphatic drainage which is great for swelling, post-surgery inflammation, pregnancy, and oedema.
She is passionate about self-care, self-awareness & self-compassion practices. Jacqui brings her training and experience in mindfulness and meditation to assist patients in becoming more present and support themselves through experiences of discomfort and pain. Using remedial techniques along with breathing techniques to reduce the intensity of the experience of discomfort during treatment. She aims also to empower individuals to be able to manage symptoms outside of the treatment space by providing stretches and strengthening exercises to help in the recovery of musculoskeletal conditions where appropriate. Jacqui believes that prevention is better than cure. She will work with you to establish and maintain a healthy well-balanced lifestyle and regular self-care practices that include massage, movement & meditation.

Jacqui is available Mondays and Wednesdays 9.30am-2pm, and Thursdays 3pm-7pm.
