I'm trying out offering a free walking group around our local Mt Dandenong area.
It'll be Thursday mornings, approx 5km/60 mins, on nice easy trails that are relatively flat-ish (it is the Hills, after all!)
Some trails may have the option to pick up a coffee along the way, and some may be dog friendly if you want to bring your 4 legged friend with you.
What a great opportunity to pick a Myotherapists brain about anything pain and recovery related while going for a casual stroll!
